Marta Díaz y Catalina de la Herrán

We first met while working at Estée Lauder and reconnected 7 years later to design and implement various creative proposals and events together, with Catalina as the client and Marta as the communication consultant.

This experience led us to join forces and launch our own project: The Next Door Office.

Marta's career spans 13 years at the Estée Lauder Companies and 5 years at Shiseido. During this time, she held positions as Communication Director for prestige and luxury cosmetic brands (including M·A·C Cosmetics, Estée Lauder, and Tom Ford Beauty) and Corporate Communication Director, leading the communication strategy for skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands such as Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, NARS, Dolce Gabbana Beauty, Narciso Rodriguez, and Issey Miyake.

Catalina worked for 8 years at the Estée Lauder Companies as Communication Director for various luxury cosmetic and fragrance brands (including Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone London, La Mer, and Origins). For her final 2 years, she served as Corporate Communication Director for Estée Lauder Iberia.
